Raw material preparation
Select the stainless steel sheet specified by the customer.
Laser cutting of style and size
Laser cut the sheet into the sizes required for the customer's selected design.
Bending and forming
Bend and form the cut sheet into the required sink shape.
Welding, grinding, and surface treatment
Weld and grind the formed sink, then complete fine brushing or the specified surface treatment.
Inspection, accessory installation, and packaging
Check the surface, test for leaks, and check the flatness of the installation surface. Complete the required quality checks and accessory installation before packaging.
Finished product display
Present the complete stainless steel sink kit.
