Guide
A clearer specification makes a better quotation
The information to prepare before requesting samples or comparing supplier quotations.

Identify the product precisely
Include the model number, bowl configuration, installation style and intended application. When dimensions are supplied in both inches and millimetres, ask the supplier to confirm the controlling unit and approved drawing.
Separate material from appearance
Record the requested stainless steel grade, thickness and surface finish as separate specification items. Ask for model-specific confirmation and relevant supporting documentation for your market; a generic collection description is not a substitute.
Define what is included
List the drain kit, mounting parts, accessories, branding and packaging that your order requires. Note any items to be quoted separately.
Agree the approval steps
Confirm sampling, drawing approval, inspection requirements, quantity and delivery terms with your supplier. Availability and lead times should be confirmed for the actual project, not inferred from catalog photography.
